I grew up with so many Princes brands not even realising that the company made them.

Branston, Batchelors, Crisp ‘n Dry, Crosse & Blackwell, Flora and Napolina are all such familiar household brands. Many people don’t realise how much we do and are astounded when they find out.

I joined Princes in 2019 after having a baby and love being able to help candidates find a great career with us. I’ve since had a second child and it was great to take advantage of the company’s family friendly policies and its enhanced maternity pay offer, which gave me longer off to enjoy family life.

I did a phased return after having my second child and the transition back to work after 16 weeks on full time pay was incredible. Now I’m back full time I’ve got core hours and hybrid hours which gives me the flexibility to do the school run and nursery drop-off, giving me a good work/life balance.

The people are what makes this company special and whether they are based in the UK, Poland, Italy, France, Holland or Mauritius we all feel connected.

The innovation that comes out of this business is brilliant and I’m proud of how Princes is investing for the future. We’re also continuously challenging ourselves to ensure we remain fully inclusive and diverse in the way we recruit.

Princes is a great employer offering a great benefits package for colleagues – in fact they are some of the best in the market.

“Princes is Liverpool’s best kept secret.”
