Princes Group Inclusion Week and our exciting I&D future

Work to achieve People Excellence never stops – but sometimes it requires particular focus and reinforcement.

This week (Monday 25th September) marks the start of our fourth annual Princes Group Inclusion Week – and this year we have taken the call to ‘Take Action: Make Impact’ very literally.

With strong foundations now in place, we’re setting our sights on a very exciting I&D future with a new, invigorated and bolder approach and a road map that will help us to cultivate an inclusive community.

During Princes Group Inclusion Week, we have a number of daily activities and key events planned. Perhaps most notably, they include our first ever Group-wide Colleague Engagement & Inclusion Survey, go-live on our new and very much bespoke Princes values and the exciting launch of our evolved Princes Inclusion & Diversity Strategy 2.0.

With the support of our Inclusion Champions, six Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) as well as other key people in the business and at Board level, we’ll be sharing an insight with colleagues about how we intend to kick on our programme of inclusion and invite everyone to get involved.

I’m hugely grateful to all those colleagues who have embraced the positive changes we have made so far on this journey and contributed in many different ways to our success to date.

Our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected because of their difference remains unwavering.

At Princes, we believe I&D is everyone’s responsibility, and that by working together and being open to change, we’ll make a difference.

And that’s why Princes Group Inclusion Week is such a highlight in our annual calendar. While it is true that I&D is prioritised throughout the year, the impact of the action taken over the coming days will be felt far beyond September.
