I lead a team of project managers and project co-ordinators who deliver targeted product changes for all sectors of the business.

There are over 250 active projects impacting more than 1,500 specific stock keeping units or products at any one time.

Product change ideas and requests come from blue sky thinking, new product development and existing product development for both branded and customer own branded products.

Our work provides visibility to plans, facilitates cross functional team working across the business, and ensures relevant decisions are made by the right people at the right time, all to deliver product changes from ideation to implementation.

Every day is different, but there are always regular meetings to chair, individual one-to-ones to discuss objectives and development and team meetings to share, plan and support.

As the lead, my role is about supporting the delivery of the product change agenda with clear planning, accomplishing tasks and reporting progress and risk – all to ensure we deliver on time and in full.

I joined Princes in September 2020 in what is a new role for the company. Starting a new job when you are physically not able to meet people, due to Covid-19 restrictions, was an interesting challenge!
