We’re very pleased to welcome Siwan Smith on board as our first Inclusion & Diversity Manager.

An experienced diversity, equality and inclusion professional, Siwan is responsible for driving our I&D strategy forward, with support from our Inclusion Champions and six Colleague Resource Groups.

Siwan is a previous winner of WeAreTheCity’s Rising Star Awards for Diversity and was a runner-up in Women’s Business Club’s Diversity & Inclusion Award. She was shortlisted as a finalist in the Ladies First Inspirational Woman Award and recognised in Diversein’s 130 Women Who Break The Bias list in 2022.
