After nine months of hard work in collaboration with Thrive and our in-house Learning & Development team, we’re really pleased to launch uno, our new digital communications and learning platform.
uno has been designed as a one-stop shop for all of our internal communications and learning and a hub for everything that our colleagues need to know 24/7.
Available as an app and also launching soon as the home screen of our intranet, it is packed with company news and updates, learning resources, colleague facing initiatives, site specific updates, brand awareness, our internal company awards Pride in Princes and our recent winners as well as colleague stories.
uno contains over 3,000 resources and colleagues can find out more about everything from goal setting to communication techniques and tools. We’ve also got a dedicated Health & Wellbeing section where we highlight available resources across Financial, Emotional and Physical Wellbeing.
Colleagues can use it to download payslips, book holidays and to take control of their personalised learning and skills and to complete personal development anytime and anywhere.
There’s even an AI powered Ask uno bot colleagues can use to ask questions and quickly find answers.
We gave careful consideration to what to call uno, which rebrands Pathways, our previous online Learning & Development platform, and which links to Our People Our Princes strategy.
uno, which means ‘one’ in Italian, as well as unique, is a globally recognised name and also a nod to our Italian ownership.
Designed to be one home, one place and one community, uno is available to all our colleagues, wherever in the world they are working, and in their preferred language.
Joe Dent, our Chief People Officer, said: “I’m really excited about uno and the opportunity it gives us to connect, communicate, learn and grow as a business.
“Simple, easy and fast to use wherever they are, uno effectively puts Princes in the pockets of our colleagues with updates, support and learning and that makes this a really exciting step change.”
