Working in the biggest tomato production plant of Europe is a great adventure. I joined Princes in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and since then it has been an amazing journey.

I’m responsible for the management of all IT systems into the plant and I’m the point of reference for the digitalization processes into the factory. I’m also the Project Manager for some IT projects that, due to Italian Regulation or distance from the UK, are hard to manage.

I’m very interested in IT solutions for manufacturing and enjoy supporting the Manufacturing Team when they need help troubleshooting processes or with the implementation of new manufacturing systems.

Even though we’re a heavily seasonal plant, our operation never stops. After the tomato season, we produce lots of different products including all kinds of pulses and tomato based goods like tomato puree tubes.

I’m proud of the importance that the Princes Group places on human rights and a person’s wellbeing. To anyone considering joining Princes I’d say you will find a lovely family rather than a group of colleagues!
