Princes recognises the importance of continually evolving its strategy to keep pace with a fast-moving and constantly changing market.
Building on its previous business transformation programme – launched at the end of 2017 – Princes has now put in place six Strategic Imperatives under the brand identity ‘Growing Together’.
Princes’ Managing Director Cameron Mackintosh unveils the Strategic Imperatives in this short film and explains the thinking behind them.
The new strategic direction focusses on business growth, secured by harnessing new opportunities and by unlocking the Group’s full potential.
Explaining the new ‘Growing Together’ strategy, Cameron said: “It’s about creating and celebrating an inclusive and high-performing culture, challenging ourselves to make sure we are easy to do business with, reaching more consumers for more occasions more often, driving efficiencies and ensuring money is available for future investment.
“It’s also about protecting people and the planet and making sure we have a full digital capability to support business resilience, innovation and growth.”
The launch of the ‘Growing Together’ brand and the six Strategic Imperatives marks the start of a new five-year plan.
Cameron added: “It’s a very exciting time for Princes and the people who work here. This is an ambitious plan and we will be working closely with colleagues to help them understand the roles they will play in enabling us to deliver success. None of this will be possible without great team work and collaboration.”
