It is the leading supplier of both branded and customer own-brand bottled oils and white fats to both the UK market and mainland Europe markets.

EOL has three state-of-the-art production facilities which specialise in the bottling and packaging of edible oils and Szamotuly is one of them.

Szamotuły is the newest addition to the Edible Oils portfolio, primarily producing branded and customer own brand rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. The site, which is located midway between Warsaw and Berlin, is fully integrated with an adjacent oilseed crush and refinery facility.

The site has three high-speed production lines and is able to produce over 80 different product ranges through a 24/7 operation. It is capable of producing different formats and sizes (11, 21, 31, 51,101), various types of cartons and trays and different palletization. The fastest production line produces more than 300 bottles a minute.

Rapeseed is refined in Szamotuly and is then piped through the wall to the bottling hall.

The partnership combines Princes’ sales and marketing expertise with ADM’s supply chain strengths to provide strong supply and category support for major European retail and wholesale customers.

Our Polish office, which was opened in 2010 to help us to expand further in Eastern Europe, has a dedicated commercial sales and marketing office in Warsaw.
