We have a very inclusive and diverse team of over 20 nationalities, cultures and backgrounds. There is an open ‘can do’ attitude and team mentality where everyone has a voice and is respected for their opinions and ideas.

Together we have built a business of over Euro 300m across a number of key markets including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland and Scandinavia. 

We develop our market leading brands in their respective markets: Princes in The Netherlands and Belgium, Vier Diamanten in Austria and Germany and Wielkopolski in Poland.

Together with our retail customers all across Europe we add value to their businesses through providing sector and category insights as well as innovation and differentiation for their own brands. We also have a substantial industrial business where our products are further developed into end products for consumers.

Our key business areas are canned fish (from Princes Tuna Mauritius), canned tomatoes and pulses (from Princes Italy) and edible oils (from EOL Poland) but we also closely collaborate with a small group of long-term partner suppliers from across the world.

Every European market, its customers and our end consumers have different needs and requirements. Our teams specialise in understanding the requirements of each market and, over time, we have tailored specific market, customer and consumer strategies. This could be different from a sales and marketing perspective – it could encompass quality assurance and quality control (what we call technical) or differ from the supply chain approach. 

We have proven processes and procedures in place and are risk averse.
