We have a wide variety of roles available and we’re always looking for amazing people to join us.
A team of our internal recruiters have recently been to a number of Student Careers fairs across LJMU, Hope University and the University of Liverpool where they met students in their 2nd and 3rd years.
As our Commercial Graduate Scheme is held in our Head Office in Liverpool, we like to work with our local universities to help support their graduates in securing local opportunities. Whilst the universities we work with are Liverpool-based, the students can come to us from anywhere in the UK.
Two recent examples include: Daniel Adams, from Somerset, who began his career with us in 2026 after graduating from the University of Liverpool in Marketing with a year in industry. He joined our Commercial Graduate Scheme after hearing about it during his time at university and he applied through their hub.
Katie Hawkins, from London, joined the Marketing Team for Napolina, the UK’s leading Italina food brand, after she graduated in Business and Management.
Our Internal Recruiter Rebecca King said: “We enjoy chatting to students across a range of degrees – from IT and Finance to Supply Chain – but we have a particular focus on students with a business-related degree.
“We discuss what our Commercial Graduate scheme looks like, how the graduates will rotate across multiple commercial areas, and what the application process involves.
“A fun part of the Careers Fairs is providing lots of branded merchandise and goodies to the students. This year we gave out Princes’ tote bags, Napolina notepads, Crosse & Blackwell pens, Mug Shot sachets, and lots of cans of Princes tuna – they always go down a treat with hungry students!
“It has been great to meet thousands of students across all three careers fairs and to talk to them about our 2027 Commercial Graduate Scheme, as well as other entry level positions across a range of sectors within Princes.
“Princes is one of Europe’s fastest growing food and drink groups, and we love looking for the next generation of people to join our dynamic business.”
