Princes accelerates People Excellence strategy

Princes have today published the third edition of its ‘Our Princes – Our People’ Annual Colleague Update.

The update celebrates several important steps that have been taken to continue evolving the business’s People Excellence strategy and the ‘Our Princes – Our People’ employer brand that underpins it.

The six pillars that comprise the strategy are:

  • Our Values
  • Our Performance
  • Our Health & Wellbeing
  • Our Rewards
  • Our Community
  • Our Journey

Among some of the most notable achievements of the last 12 months have been the launch of Princes Inclusion & Diversity 2.0 strategy, the unveiling of a new set of Values, a re-setting of our approach to Health & Wellbeing and the roll-out of Perkbox, a global benefits and rewards platform.

The company’s Pride in Princes Awards continue to receive record numbers of nominations each quarter, highlighting the commitment of colleagues and their willingness to live and breathe the Princes Way.

A major step change saw colleagues asked to take part in the first ever Princes Group Colleague Engagement and Inclusion Survey with over 4,000 responses being received.

Joe Dent, Princes’ Chief People Officer, said: “We have made some important progress during 2023 in further advancing our People Excellence strategy, delivered under the ‘Our Princes – Our People’ employer brand.

“We were able to do this despite the continuing challenging market conditions with green shoots of an upturn starting to be seen towards the end of the year.

“I am particularly grateful to all colleagues who took the time to complete the Princes Group Colleague Engagement and Inclusion Survey. The data that colleagues provided regarding their personal Princes’ experience will prove invaluable in enabling the business to continue advancing the People Excellence strategy.

“We have our foot firmly on the accelerator and we intend to keep it that way.”
